Since 2004, Jon has worked in the food and beverage industry. Starting out as cashier for a fast food chain to more recently operating a vegan restaurant, he now stands as the Assistant General Manager at The Reef. His never ending endeavor for guest satisfaction has brought him to The Reef to continue the tradition of bringing you outstanding Polynesian cuisine with an one-of-a-kind scenic view. Romel is our executive chef. He has over 17 years of experience, priding himself on his consistent quality of food. He enjoys creating new, exciting recipes and dreaming up the latest specials. He specializes in California comfort food and Asian cuisine.
Jamie is our special events director. She has 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She loves creating special life moments for every person who comes to our Reef home. She looks forward to making guests feel special and guarantees that they will have the best day of their lives here at the Reef!
Malele is our dining room manager. She has 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She enjoys working with all guests and making them feel welcome. She's made the Reef her home and feels as if everyone here is a part of her family. She wants every guest to feel that the Reef is their home away from home.
